  3. Use wired connections – Ethernet cables are more stable and emit no radiation.
  4. Avoid metal bed frames – Metal can amplify EMFs; wooden or foam bases are better.
  5. Limit phone contact – Use speaker mode or wired headsets instead of holding your phone to your ear.
  6. Stay aware of smart devices – Smart meters and wireless hubs can emit strong fields, so keep a safe distance where possible.
