Plug-In and Portable devices
All Blushield Plug-In and Portable devices come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers factory defects and faults. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, including dropping, or water.
If a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion. The customer is responsible for postage costs when making a claim.
Accessories
All Blushield accessories come with a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Making a claim
All claims require proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.
