Shipping policy

This policy explains how and where Blushield365 ships orders. It applies to customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.

Where your order ships from

United Kingdom and European Union: our warehouse partner in the UK.
Australia and New Zealand: our warehouse in Armidale, NSW.

Your order ships from the warehouse that serves your delivery address. If an item is out of stock at that warehouse, we will contact you before sending it from elsewhere.

Processing times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times and rates

Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched. They are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping is a flat rate per order. Duties and taxes are not included in the flat rate (see below).

Express Post is available for Australian addresses for A$20 and New Zealand addresses for NZ$24 at checkout.

International shipping

For orders to EU and NZ, all import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The amount depends on your order value and destination. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom: VAT is included in the price. UK orders ship from within the UK.
European Union: VAT and any import duties are included at checkout. EU orders are shipping from the UK.
Australia: GST is included in the price. AU orders ship from within AU.
New Zealand: GST is included in the price and any import duties are included at checkout. NZ orders are shipped from AU.

If a carrier asks you for payment on delivery, do not pay it. Contact us first and we will sort it out.

Battery-powered products

All Blushield Portable products contain a lithium-ion battery. Carriers have rules for shipping lithium batteries, particularly by air. Orders that include a Portable may be sent by a different service or take longer to arrive. We will tell you if this affects your order.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We can update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once it has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, and any redirection or return costs may be charged to you.

Missing, late or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will lodge a trace with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the packaging until your claim is resolved.

If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us.

Undeliverable and refused parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, we will contact you. We can re-send it at your cost or refund the product price, less the original shipping cost.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the consumer laws of your EU country, the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
