Welcome to Blushield365. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from it. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy and Warranty page.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms apply to customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Nothing in them limits your rights under the consumer laws that apply where you live (see section 13).

2. Our products
This website sells Blushield devices for home and portable use.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use them only as directed. If you have health concerns, talk to a healthcare professional before using our products.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency.
- United Kingdom: prices include VAT.
- European Union: prices include VAT. Any import duties are calculated at checkout.
- Australia: prices include GST.
- New Zealand: prices include GST. Any import duties are calculated at checkout.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order. See our Shipping Policy.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after we have confirmed it. We will contact you before doing so.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products at the listed price. We will send you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Afterpay (AU and NZ)
- Zip (AU)
Available methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.
5. Shipping
Delivery times, rates, and duties and taxes are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email hello@blushield365.co.uk OR hello@blushield365.com.au with your order number.
Customers in the UK and EU can also cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Returns
Please contact us before returning any item (see section 1).
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we send the wrong item, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the return postage in these cases.
Customers in the UK and EU can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. They pay the cost of returning the goods (see section 6).
We do not accept change-of-mind returns from customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Full details are in our Returns Policy. This section does not affect your consumer rights (see section 13).
8. Warranty
All Blushield products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page for coverage and how to make a claim.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law (see section 13).
9. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, images, layout and software, is owned by Circadiem Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.
Blushield and related names and logos are trademarks of their owner and are used with permission. Other trademarks on this website belong to their respective owners.
10. Reviews and other content you submit
If you submit a review, comment or other content to our website, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We will not change the meaning of your review.
You must not submit content that is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies and third-party services, such as Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent through our cookie banner. You can change your cookie choices at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.
We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product or by use contrary to its instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes the rights you have under consumer law, including:
- United Kingdom: the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- European Union: the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
- Australia: the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- New Zealand: the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruption or government action. If this happens, we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.
15. Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@blushield365.co.uk OR hello@blushield365.com.au. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you live in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted on this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
